The Quarrymans restaurant can accommodate up to 60 people within 2 rooms. Our main restaurant seats 40, and with its picture window view across the valley is perfect for all occasions
Our side room, colloquially nicknamed "The Snug" seats up to 18, and is perfect for a private party. The Snug is also pet-friendly.

Below you will find a sample of some of the dishes available on our menu, in addition to our regular menu, we also have a daily specials board, with dishes made from the best of local ingredients.

Starters

Poached Mushrooms         £3-75
   
Fresh mushrooms served in a choice from white wine, garlic and tomato; Cream, 
    grain mustard and smoked bacon or Garlic and herb butter.

Moules Marinere               £5-25
   
Fresh mussles, steamed with white wine, garlic, cream and herbs.

Main Courses

Fillet Of Beef                       £11-50
   
Prime fillet cooked to order, served with caramelized shallots and potato rosti on a 
    red wine and mushroom sauce.

Pork Dijonnaise                £9-75
   
Pan Fried medallions of tenderloin, cooked in a rich cream and dijon mustard sauce.

Dessert

Chocolate Terrine             £3-75 

No meal would be complete without that delicious bottle of wine. Be it chilled white, or exquisite red, we have the wine for any occasion.

White

Chasselas Domaine Martin Schaetzal 1998
  
A dry white wine, with abundant rich exotic fruit flavours. Must be tried

Red

Rioja CVNE Imperial Reserva 1995
  
A high quality estate wine, made only in exceptional vintages. It has a bouquet of rich
    concentrated fruit and vanilla. The wine is soft and fills the mouth with great elegance.
